What is the best RPG ever?
Over the weekend I was shopping at my local flea market when I came across a video game discussion. One of the men owns a video game shop and was arguing that Chrono Trigger for the SNES was the best RPG ever. The other man was saying that Final Fantasy XII was the best ever. It got me thinking, what RPG game would I consider the best of all? Final Fantasy? Chrono Trigger? Pokemon? Quest? Super Paper Mario? I might have a little different of a response than most people, but in an argument, I always side with Super Mario RPG. Not because it is the best out there, but it was the first RPG I ever played. It was fun, had a great battle system, and had a decent story. What about you? What would you consider the best RPG and why? Today I leave you with a quote by Malcolm Forbes:

Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy tactics, and Mario RPG would have to get my vote.
